2. Bir bakışta özet

• Oynamak için ad, e-posta veya telefon numarası vermeniz gerekmez.
• Jetonlarınız, kozmetikleriniz, gün seriniz, günlük görevleriniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.
• Sunucuya giden tek oyun verisi en yüksek skorunuz ve sıralamada görünen adınızdır.
• E-posta adresiniz yalnızca Google veya Apple ile giriş yapmayı kendiniz seçerseniz işlenir.
• Uygulama reklam gösterir (Google AdMob); gerekli olduğu yerlerde izniniz sorulur.
• Verilerinizi satmıyoruz, reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara kiralamıyoruz.
• Hesabınızı ve sunucudaki verilerinizi uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil.
• Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Ödeme bilgisi hiçbir şekilde işlenmez.

3. Topladığımız veriler

Aşağıdaki tablo, sunucularımıza (Google Firebase) ulaşan tüm veri kategorilerini gösterir.

Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon, kamera ve sağlık verilerine hiçbir şekilde erişmiyoruz. Uygulama bu izinleri istemez.

4. Yalnızca cihazınızda kalanlar

Aşağıdakiler cihazınızın kendi depolamasında (SharedPreferences) tutulur, sunucuya gönderilmez ve tarafımızca görülemez:

• Jeton bakiyeniz
• Sahip olduğunuz ve kuşandığınız kozmetikler
• Gün seriniz ve günlük görev ilerlemeniz
• Toplam tur ve toplam halka sayınız, en iyi temiz geçiş seriniz
• Ses, titreşim, dil ve erişilebilirlik ayarlarınız

Uygulamayı silerseniz bunların tamamı silinir ve geri getirilemez — bir yedeği bizde yoktur.

5. Reklamlar ve izinler

Uygulama Google AdMob üzerinden iki biçimde reklam gösterir: turlar arasında geçiş reklamı ve — yalnızca siz seçerseniz — devam etmenizi sağlayan ödüllü reklam. Banner reklam yoktur.

• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre’de Google’ın onay yönetimi (UMP) formu gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onay verirseniz sunulur.
• iOS 14.5 ve üzerinde Apple’ın izleme izni (ATT) sorulur. Reddederseniz oyun birebir aynı çalışır; yalnızca reklamlar size daha az uyarlanmış olur.
• Uygulama çocuklara yönelik olarak işaretlenmemiştir ve reklam istekleri çocuklara yönelik muamele görmez.

6. Bildirimler

Uygulama sunucudan push bildirimi göndermez. Tüm bildirimler cihazınızda planlanır ve yalnızca iki konu içindir: gün serinizin kırılmak üzere olması ve günlük görevlerin yenilenmesi. İzin vermezseniz hiçbir bildirim gönderilmez; izni istediğiniz zaman işletim sistemi ayarlarından geri alabilirsiniz.

7. Game Center / Play Games

Cihazınızda oturum açıksa skorunuz ayrıca Apple Game Center (iOS) ya da Google Play Games (Android) sıralamasına gönderilir. Bu servisler Apple’ın ve Google’ın kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir; biz bu hesaplardan hiçbir veri okumayız. Oturum açmazsanız bu adım tamamen atlanır.

8. Kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verilerinizi satmıyoruz. Yalnızca şu hizmet sağlayıcılar işler:

Bunların sunucuları büyük ölçüde Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’ndedir; veriler bu ülkelere aktarılabilir. Google, bu aktarımlar için standart sözleşme hükümlerini uygular.

9. Saklama ve silme

• Skor satırınız, siz silene kadar saklanır.
• Uygulama içinden silme: Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil. Bu işlem hem sıralamadaki satırınızı hem de Firebase hesabınızı kalıcı olarak siler. Cihazınızdaki jeton, kozmetik ve seri verileriniz etkilenmez.
• E-posta ile silme: abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com adresine yazın; talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde karşılanır.

10. Haklarınız

KVKK (Türkiye) ve GDPR (AB) kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltilmesini, silinmesini ve işlenmesinin kısıtlanmasını isteme, verilerinizi taşınabilir bir biçimde alma ve işlemeye itiraz etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Talepleriniz için yukarıdaki e-posta adresini kullanın. Ayrıca bulunduğunuz ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine (Türkiye’de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

11. Çocukların gizliliği

Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamayız. 13 yaşın altındaki bir çocuğun verisinin işlendiğini fark edersek siler ve durumu ebeveyne bildiririz. Böyle bir durumdan haberdarsanız lütfen bize yazın.

12. Güvenlik

Sunucuyla tüm iletişim HTTPS üzerinden yapılır. Firestore güvenlik kuralları, bir kullanıcının yalnızca kendi satırını yazmasına izin verir ve skoru düşüren yazma isteklerini reddeder. Firebase App Check, isteklerin gerçek ve değiştirilmemiş bir uygulamadan geldiğini doğrular. Hiçbir sistem kusursuz değildir; bir güvenlik açığı fark ederseniz lütfen bize bildirin.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi ve sürüm numarasını değiştiririz. Esaslı bir değişiklik olursa uygulama içinde de duyururuz.

1. Who we are

Tone Switch (the “App”) is developed and published by Excfy — Abdullah Darçın (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for your personal data.

This policy covers the iOS and Android versions of the App and this website at toneswitch.excfy.com.

2. At a glance

• You do not need to give a name, email or phone number to play.
• Your coins, cosmetics, day streak, daily quests and settings stay on your device only.
• The only game data that reaches our servers is your best score and the name shown on the leaderboard.
• Your email is processed only if you choose to sign in with Google or Apple.
• The App shows ads (Google AdMob) and asks for consent where that is required.
• We do not sell your data and do not rent it to third parties for advertising.
• You can delete your account from inside the App: Settings → Account → Delete account.
• There are no in-app purchases. No payment information is ever processed.

3. Data we collect

The table below lists every category of data that reaches our servers (Google Firebase).

We never access location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or health data. The App does not request those permissions.

4. What stays on your device

The following is kept in your device's own storage (SharedPreferences), is never uploaded, and is not visible to us:

• Your coin balance
• The cosmetics you own and have equipped
• Your day streak and daily quest progress
• Total runs, total rings and best clean-pass streak
• Sound, haptics, language and accessibility settings

Deleting the App deletes all of it, and it cannot be restored — we hold no backup.

5. Ads and permissions

The App shows ads through Google AdMob in two formats: an interstitial between runs, and — only if you choose it — a rewarded ad that lets you continue. There are no banner ads.

• In the EEA, UK and Switzerland Google's consent management (UMP) form is shown; personalised ads are served only if you consent.
• On iOS 14.5 and later Apple's tracking prompt (ATT) is shown. If you decline, the game works exactly the same — the ads are just less tailored to you.
• The App is not marked as child-directed and ad requests are not treated as child-directed.

6. Notifications

The App sends no push notifications from a server. Every notification is scheduled on your device and covers only two things: your day streak being about to lapse, and daily quests refreshing. If you decline permission, nothing is sent; you can revoke it at any time in your OS settings.

7. Game Center / Play Games

If you are signed in on your device, your score is also submitted to Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android). Those services are governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies; we read no data from those accounts. If you are not signed in, this step is skipped entirely.

8. Who we share with

We do not sell your data. Only these processors handle it:

Their servers are largely in the European Union and the United States, and data may be transferred there. Google applies standard contractual clauses to those transfers.

9. Retention and deletion

• Your score row is kept until you delete it.
• In-app deletion: Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes both your leaderboard row and your Firebase account. Coins, cosmetics and streak on your device are untouched.
• By email: write to abdullahdarcin01@gmail.com; requests are handled within 30 days at the latest.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR (EU) and KVKK (Türkiye) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing. Use the email address above. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

11. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn that data from a child under 13 has been processed, we delete it and inform the parent. Please write to us if you are aware of such a case.

12. Security

All communication with the server uses HTTPS. Firestore security rules allow a user to write only their own row and reject any write that lowers a score. Firebase App Check verifies that requests come from a genuine, unmodified build. No system is perfect; if you find a vulnerability, please tell us.

13. Changes

If we update this policy we change the date and version number on this page. Material changes are also announced inside the App.
